Russian employers are dissatisfied with young professionals
The Superjob website conducted a survey among Russian employers about professionals without experience. It was found that 42% of employers are dissatisfied with graduates.
Last year 70% of the companies were ready to hire young professionals. In 2015 the number reduced to 62% because of the economic crisis.
The most of young professionals get a job in large companies. Most frequently graduates are hired by IT-companies (78%) and banks (75%). Less frequently they are hired by construction companies (53%). But this year, professionals without experience were more likely to be invited for the positions of economists, teachers and programmers.
