Rostrud starts accreditation of private recruitment agencies
On Jan. 1, 2016 a new law on outstaffing will come into force. Since that moment recruitment agency must be accredited by the Federal Service for Labour and Employment (Rostrud). Otherwise, they would be illegal.
To be accredited the head (or authorized person) of recruitment agency should provide a package of documents:
- an application;
- a notarized copy of the company's charter;
- documents confirming the company's authorized capital is at least 1 million rubles and the company has no debts;
- documents confirming the higher education of the CEO, two years of work experience and the fact that he (or she) has no previous convictions.
The accreditation is granted for 3 years. After 3 years the accreditation should be extended. All accredited recruitment agencies are entered in a special register, which is published on the website of the Federal Service for Labour and Employment (Rostrud).
